Terrace Enclosure

GUMAX Glas is an aluminum structure equipped with two, three, or four supports. Depending on the chosen style – classic or modern – the supports and front gutter have a different shape. The aluminum is painted in white or anthracite color. The roofed structure is covered with panels made of transparent or frosted safety glass. The terrace can also be enclosed from the front and sides.

Sliding panels of safety glass are a popular solution for covering the front of the terrace. The doors are placed on guides, and if desired to open them, the glass panels “overlap,” allowing for terrace ventilation, for example. This solution can also be used on the sides, but in this case, the installation requires wedges made of tempered glass, to which door guides are attached. Fixed side covers are also available – polycarbonate filling with a height of 98cm or a polycarbonate wall covering the entire height of the structure.

For sunlit terraces, additional shade can be provided using electric horizontal blinds with UV-reflective fabric. Such a blind is suspended under the glass panels, so it does not get dirty from rain, snow, or leaves. The rolled-up fabric is hidden in a cassette, making it almost invisible, and unfolding is done using a wireless remote control, which can control all fabrics or only selected sections.
