Cassette Sun Screen 76 – installation methods

Cassette Sun Screen 76 roller blind can be mounted outside the building or inside the room. Depending on the selected option, different guides and configurations are used.

Cassette Sun Screen 76 – G31 STRIP GUIDES FOR INSTALLATION OUTDOOR OR INSIDE

1. Strip guides. Installation on frame/wall holders, self-supporting cassette – Outdoor and indoor installation

Installation of G31 guides on adjustable holders to the front surface, e.g. frame/window/wall. The cassette is self-supporting, i.e. it is mounted only on guides.

In this option, G31 aluminum guides are mounted to the window/wall frame (to the front surface) on mounting brackets.
* L = adjustment from 50-70mm (Standard), “oval” handle
* L = adjustment from 75-120mm (Option), “oval” handle
The number of handles is selected automatically, proportional to the height of the guides.

2. Strip guides. Installation without frame/wall brackets, self-supporting cassette – Outdoor and indoor installation

Installation of G31 guides directly to the front surface, e.g. frame/window/wall (without guide holders). The cassette is self-supporting, i.e. it is mounted only on guides or we can screw it to the ceiling.

Narrow guides (G31) are attached directly (without handles) to the front surface, e.g. frame/window/wall/facade. To attach the guides, use special attachments (Fig. A) to which the guides are attached. With this installation method, the cassette is “self-supporting”, i.e. the cassette is stably attached to the guides and there is no need to additionally attach it to the ground (optionally, it can be attached to the ceiling using the ceiling clips included in the set).

3. Strip guides. Installation without handles in the recess – Installation outside and inside

Installation of G31 guides directly to the side surface of the recess (without guide holders). The cassette is self-supporting, i.e. it is mounted only on guides or we can screw it to the ceiling.

Narrow guides (G31) are attached directly (without handles) to the side surface of the window recess. To attach the guides, drill them in several places and attach them to the recess. With this installation method, the cassette is “self-supporting”, i.e. the cassette is stably attached to the guides and there is no need to additionally attach it to the ground.

Cassette Sun Screen 76 – G80 STRIP GUIDES FOR INDOOR INSTALLATION

1. Strip guides. Installation without frame/wall holders (wide guide) – Indoor installation

Installation of wide guides directly to the side surface of the recess (without guide holders). The cassette is self-supporting, i.e. it is mounted only on guides or we can screw it to the ceiling.

The guides (G80) are attached directly (without handles) to the side surface of the window recess. To attach the guides, drill them in several places and attach them to the recess. With this installation method, the cassette is “self-supporting”, i.e. the cassette is stably attached to the guides and there is no need to additionally attach it to the ground (optionally, it can be attached to the ceiling using the ceiling clips included in the set).

2. Strip guides. Installation without handles in a recess (wide guide) – Installation indoors

Installation of wide guides directly to the side surface of the recess (without guide holders). The cassette is self-supporting, i.e. it is mounted only on guides or we can screw it to the ceiling.

Cassette Sun Screen 76 – CABLE GUIDES FOR INSTALLATION OUTDOOR OR INSIDE

1. Cable guides. Mounting to the ceiling OR 2. To the frame/wall

When choosing cable guides, the reflexola cassette is most often attached directly to the ceiling (using clips) or to the wall/frame using the cassette angle (less often). Cable holders can be mounted to the front surface (e.g. facade/frame/window) or optionally to the ground. In unusual situations, the cassette can also be screwed to the front surface without using any handles. To do this, we drill the Cassette Sun Screen and attach it directly to the surface.

Cable holders can be mounted to the front surface, e.g. frame/window/facade/wall, or possibly to the ground/floor. We attach a special cable tensioner to the handle, the position of which can be adjusted within certain ranges. The tensioner also serves as a tensioner for the cable (cable guide).

The cable holders are available in various lengths and are adjustable in the following ranges:
* L = adjustable from 15-36mm (Standard length)
* L = adjustment from 29-50mm (Option – less frequently used length)
* L = adjustment from 55-76mm (Option – less frequently used length)
