Measuring instructions for the Italia Selt balcony awning

Measurement and Technical Data of the Italia Selt balcony awning: The Italia awning has two main dimensions based on which the valuation is made. The first is the total width of the awning, and the second is the awning projection (extension). The required dimensions are given in cm, the production standard provides for a tolerance of width dimensions of -+2 cm. Depending on the width of the entire structure, the manufacturer provides a different number of mounting brackets. The height of the structure depends on the selected model and does not affect the price. Instructions for measuring the balcony awning are shown in the image below.

The maximum reach of the arms of the Italia balcony awning without the cassette is 180 cm, this is the total dimension of the awning including the arm holders, roller beam and front beam

Measurement of a balcony and shop awning with wall arms. When ordering, we always provide the external dimensions of the awning (S) including the handles. We also provide the dimension (W), i.e. the length of the arms

In variant (S), the arms are mounted to the wall. We have 3 lengths to choose from: 100, 140 and 180 cm. The length of the arms in this case is the reach of the awning. (210 cm long fabric is wound on the winding tube, regardless of the length of the arms).

By turning the crank to the right or left, we roll up or unfold the awning. Additionally, we can install an electric drive with sensors

The awning has an adjustable tilt angle that can be adjusted to your needs

As standard, smooth adjustment in the range of 0° – 90°

Optionally, for an additional fee and after prior consultation, it can be adjusted up to 160°
