Anchoring wooden pergola supports to the ground
The supports of a wooden pergola can be anchored to the ground in various ways. Each support has a special mounting hole at the bottom, into which we insert:
option 2
Anchors screwed to the ground. This is the most popular method of anchoring supports. This type of anchor is not visible after installation. Another big advantage is the ability to adjust the height of the support using a special nut located on the threaded rod of the anchor. Each pergola support has a special mounting hole into which the anchor rod is inserted.
option 3
Anchors concreted to the ground. The anchor pin should be placed in concrete, and the remaining part should be screwed to the sides of the pergola support.

Anchors driven into the ground. This type of anchor is designed to “drive” the anchor pin into the ground. Versatility and speed of installation are undoubtedly the advantages of the system.
