Concealing Facade Sun Screen 120 – Cross-section of the cassette

– Cassette for the R120 version
– Cassette for the flush-mounted version R120

Mounting clip

Cross-sections of guides

– 2.5mm cable guide
– GC30 guide
– GC30F guide
– GC30FD guide
– GC30R guide
– GC30F guide holder

Cross-sections

– lower beam
– galvanized winding pipe
– windproof profile

Cable guides – ceiling mounting – flush mounting

Stainless steel cables hold the fabric along its entire length. Cable holders can be mounted to the facade (or window) or alternatively to the ground.

Cable mounting angles

The cable guide is attached using a cable angle

Cable holders are available in various lengths and are adjustable in the following ranges:
*  L= adjustable from 15-36mm (Standard length)
* L = adjustment from 29-50mm (Option – less frequently used length)
* L = adjustment from 55-76mm (Option – less frequently used length)

Floor cable tensioner

GC30F aluminum guides on 22mm brackets – ceiling mounting – flush mounting

Aluminum guides are mounted on 22mm mounting brackets

GC30F aluminum guides on 22mm holders – cassette ceiling bracket – flush mounting

Aluminum guides are mounted on 22mm mounting brackets

GC30F aluminum guides on 57-180mm brackets – cassette wall bracket – flush mounting

Aluminum guides are mounted on mounting brackets (on request, brackets with dimensions ranging from 57 to 180 mm can be produced). The standard are the shortest handles, i.e. 57mm. Possible installation outside and inside the building.

GC30R aluminum guides directly to the wall – flush mounting

Aluminum guides are mounted directly (without handles) to the wall.

Wind beam – maximum dimensions

The windproof profile protects the roller blind against gusts of wind and stabilizes the position of the fabric. Depending on the height of the reflector, one or two profiles can be used so that the fabric remains under constant tension. The maximum width of the profile is limited to 300cm (depending on the model).

How to install a double anti-lift beam

Anti-wind beam – installation of the double beam involves rotating the sliders relative to each other by 108 degrees in the GC30 guide, allowing the lower anti-wind beam to bypass the andywind lock.

1- upper anti-lift beam slider
2- lower anti-lift beam slider
3- guide
4- anti-lift blockade
5- anti-wind beam (anti-wind)

Screen blinds control

The flush-mounted reflector 120 can be controlled by an electric motor. The cable is approximately 2 meters long and comes from a hole located on the side or back of the reflexola cassette.

Application:
Sun protection and shading of vertical window openings, glazing, and space partitions.
Product characteristics:
– The system’s structure is made of extruded aluminum, which ensures the durability and strength of the reflector.
– They limit the access of sunlight to the room
– They increase the share of scattered light in the room
– Cassette made of extruded aluminum,
– Access to the revision from the front of the cassette,
– Option to create modules,
– Extruded aluminum guides or stainless steel cable guides
– For internal installation – additional bottom beam diameter 35 or FG42 is possible
– Optional anti-wind profile reducing fabric deformation under wind pressure (with product width up to 3 m)
– They protect the room from overheating, thus contributing to improving thermal comfort in rooms
– They allow you to reduce the costs related to air conditioning of rooms
– They limit the penetration of noise into the building interior
– They do not emit toxic substances during operation
– Noise emissions from motorized outdoor blinds are not considered to pose a significant risk to health and safety.
– The motors have a housing protection class of IP 44
– The design of the product and the drive allows the curtain to be safely stopped at any height in the up-down working area and remain suspended there
– Up and down movement is carried out using an electric control mechanism with a drive system connected to the control system
– The structure of the HIGH-T-TEX fabrics used effectively limits the contrasts created when sunlight enters the room
– Limits the penetration of noise into the building interior
– Powder-coated structure
– Electric drive
– colors: RAL, FSM71319
