We can deliver the sun shades to the Customer as soon as they are produced and all order components, such as motors, mounting brackets, automation, etc., are assembled. The primary indicator of the production time for the shades is the date displayed on the product page next to the icon . Only after the production of the shade is completed and it has been checked can it be transported to the Customer. For logistical reasons, it may happen that the ordered shade is delivered by one carrier, while its smaller components are delivered by another.
We always inform about the shipment details via email or phone. Example carriers we work with include Rhenus and DPD. The delivery time for specific products varies and is always determined individually. In the case of awnings and other large items, the delivery time may extend up to 4 weeks.
The delivery cost of specific products is always displayed after adding the configured shades to the cart. It is worth taking advantage of the many periodic promotions announced on the store’s website (e.g., free delivery of terrace awnings and pergolas within Poland – such products have relevant information next to the icon), as the shipment of 5-meter and larger elements is often costly and can significantly increase the overall cost of ordering a terrace shade. We allow partial payment on delivery, but the condition for starting the order processing is always a deposit of at least 30% of the order value. After this stage, the Customer can decide whether to pay the remainder by bank transfer or upon delivery. Cash on delivery includes an additional fee for the carrier for this service.
The delivery cost only covers the transport of the shade to the specified address. Due to the size of these items, we reserve the right that the driver is not obliged to carry the awnings, blinds, or pergola elements onto the property or directly into customers’ apartments. Therefore, we always inform about the shipment via email or phone so that the Customer can arrange for help with unloading.
