Delivery

We can deliver our sunshades to the customer as soon as all elements of the order are produced and assembled, such as motors, mounting brackets, automation, etc. For product deliveries, we use retail couriers, large-item couriers, as well as our own fleet of vehicles. This depends on the shipping timeline, as well as the quantity and size of the ordered shades in a given region. It may happen that, due to logistical reasons, the ordered shade will be delivered by one carrier, while its smaller components by another. We always inform about the shipment details via email or phone. Some of the carriers we cooperate with include Rhenus and DPD.

It’s worth taking advantage of our various seasonal promotions, which we announce on the store’s website (e.g., awnings and pergolas delivered for free within Poland – such products are marked with relevant information next to an icon), as shipping costs for items 5 meters and larger can significantly increase the cost of a terrace cover order. Delivery of our covers includes all European Union countries and countries outside the EU, provided that delivery address details and pricing are confirmed during the order process. Additionally, customers have the option of picking up products themselves using their own transport, after arranging a pickup time at our company headquarters in Żary (68-200).
