The roller blind can be equipped with a manual chain or tape drive, controlled manually or with a crank from inside the room.
Upon individual request, it is possible to use an under-plaster tape winder.
The dimensions of the roller presented are only indicative and may vary depending on the supply.
The tape or cord exit depends on the chosen mounting method.
Electric drives come in several variants. The possibility of their use depends primarily on the size of the roller box.
Each motor can be controlled by a switch or wirelessly – with a remote control. However, some motors have built-in control units (the control unit is an integral part of the motor). This means that we can control them directly with a remote control. Such a motor only needs to be powered by 230V. In the case of other motors (without a control unit), they can be controlled with a wired or wireless switch, but then an external control unit must be purchased.
Another distinction of drives is the type of limit switches – in some, the end position of the roller is set manually, while in more advanced models, it is set with a remote control.
When choosing electric control for roller blinds, it is also worth paying attention to whether the motor has obstacle detection. In this case, the motor will stop if the blind encounters an obstacle such as an object or an animal.
