Surface-Mounted Roller Blind SK – Technical Specifications

The Size of the Roller Blind Casing

Choosing the size of the roller blind casing is a crucial step in the configuration. There are various sizes of roller blind casings available that can be customized to individual needs and requirements.

It’s important to note that the listed cassette sizes, such as 137, 150, 165, 180, 205, do not reflect the exact dimensions of the cassette. To obtain the actual dimensions of the casing, refer to the technical specifications. For example, a cassette labeled as 137 actually has dimensions of 140×140 mm, not 137 mm.

When mounting on the wall, changing the size of the casing directly affects the dimensions of the opening in which the roller blind will be installed. Therefore, it is recommended to carefully review the measurement instructions to ensure that the chosen casing size is suitable for the planned installation location.

Roller Blind Slat Control

The slat of the roller blind is controlled manually using a cord or tape. For an additional fee, roller blinds can be equipped with an electric motor.

Integrated Mosquito Net

A roller blind with integrated insect protection is an effective way to shield against annoying insects. It is installed directly in the roller box, allowing for easy adaptation to various types of boxes. Separate guide rails for the insect net enable independent use of the roller blind and the insect protection roller. Before installation, a closing element is placed in each guide rail, determining how far the roller blind can be lowered and serving as a locking system.

The black mesh of the roller blind does not reflect light strongly, making it less visible and giving the impression of transparency. It does not obstruct the view from the window.
