EXAMPLE OF MEASUREMENT ON A WALL OR FACADE
S WIDTH = We always specify the outer extreme value. To determine the width in our drawing, we can use an example. We assume that our window recess has a layer of insulation on the sides with a thickness of Y=5cm. The attachment of the cable holders must be outside this layer of insulation. To determine the width to order blinds, measure the window recess, e.g. 80cm and add a layer of insulation Y = 5cm and add the width of the guide X (flat guide isX =2cmor round guide X=4cm).
We get the result: 80cm + (2 x 5cm) + (2 x 2cm) = 94cm
The received value is the minimum width for which we should order the blinds. For safety reasons, however, it is worth rounding this value, e.g. to 90 cm.
HEIGHT H = Measure the dimensions of e.g. the recess (e.g. from the top of the recess to the bottom of the window sill), and then, depending on the installation needs, add e.g. the min. 17cm. For example, the measured height of the recess is 150cm. We add, for example, 17cm and we get the value for ordering blinds, i.e. 167cm
