OPERATING THE SHOPPING CART
The shopping cart on the e-markizy store serves two functions: a) placing specific orders and b) pricing certain products.
a) Pricing Products: Some products offered in the store cannot be automatically purchased through the mechanisms provided by the e-markizy.pl system. We can only provide pricing for them. To do this, select the specific item, go through the appropriate “calculator,” also called a “configurator,” and then click “send for pricing.” The selected item will be added to the cart. Next, proceed with the standard registration and send the product details for pricing.
After receiving your information, we will conduct a detailed pricing and send you a specific offer.
b) Placing Orders: The e-markizy.pl store also allows for placing orders through standard shopping mechanisms. To order a specific item, it must first be placed in the virtual shopping cart. This is done using the BUY NOW! button displayed with each product. Adding an item to the cart does not yet mean ordering the product – you can still cancel it. During the addition of the product to the cart, you can also specify the quantity of products ordered.
You can view the current contents of the cart at any time. To do this, click the CART button located at the top of the store. When the cart contents are displayed, you can change the quantity of products ordered or completely remove a product from the cart. To do this, enter the appropriate product quantity and click the RECALCULATE VALUE button or click the REMOVE FROM CART button.
FINALIZING THE ORDER
When the cart contains the products you want to order (or price), you can proceed to place the order. To do this, click the NEXT button in the menu. In the first step of finalizing the order, you need to specify the delivery address, which is the address where the ordered goods will be sent (it can be different from the company address or residential address). If the shipment is to be sent to an address not listed (not previously provided), a new address must be defined.
In the second step, you need to select the payment method and verify the data on the VAT invoice issued for the purchased products. You can enter your comments regarding the order, and after verifying that all the data is correct and accepting the total gross amount to be paid for the selected products, you must CONFIRM THE ORDER. Shortly afterward, you should receive an email confirmation of the order you just placed.
CHECKING ORDER STATUS
The order status indicates the current stage of your order processing:
- ACCEPTED – The order is waiting to be processed. If there is a need to consult on the order items or the delivery time, we will contact the customer (if the item is not in stock, this status means you will receive information about the nearest possible delivery date of your order).
- IN PROCESS – The order has been confirmed as current and valid, and the processing has begun.
- SHIPPED – The ordered products have been dispatched. The customer will receive the courier tracking number or postal package tracking number via email. In both cases, the email will contain a link to the tracking website.
- CANCELLED – The order has been cancelled either at the customer’s request, due to the inability to contact the customer, or due to the inability to fulfill the order.
VIEWING ORDER HISTORY
To view all historical orders, log in as a customer to the e-markizy.pl store and go to the orders tab. Orders are displayed in order from the newest to the oldest. Clicking on a specific order will display information regarding that order.
CHANGING PERSONAL/COMPANY DETAILS
If your personal or company details have changed, you need to update them in the e-markizy.pl store for the correct processing of future orders. To do this, log in to the store as a customer using the username and password provided during registration. A form with your current data will be displayed, where you should correct the entries in the appropriate fields and then confirm the changes.
NEW SHIPPING ADDRESS
If your delivery address details have changed, you need to update them in the e-markizy.pl store for the correct processing of future orders. To do this, log in to the store as a customer using the username and password provided during registration. A form with your current data will be displayed, where you should correct the entries in the appropriate fields and then confirm the changes. Orders must be placed with the current delivery address, and in case of any changes during processing, customer service should be notified immediately.

During the finalization of the order, each customer is asked to choose the delivery method for the ordered products.
