Sun Screen for Luxury Freestanding Pergola

In addition to covering the terrace, a free-standing pergola can also provide protection against the wind and the rising or setting sun. Moreover, covering the pergola with zip covers allows you to use the winter garden even during unfavorable weather. Reflectors for the Freestanding Flat Pergola (Luxury) are mounted on all sides of the structure or only on specific sides, e.g. to protect against unwanted glances or the rays of the rising sun.

Below is a visualization of the construction of a pergola up to 900 cm wide (2 modules), however, at the customer’s request, we can provide a quote for the construction of a 3-module pergola with larger dimensions.

Type 1 – front only

The Reflexol screen roller blind provides protection against the wind from the front of the terrace. The cover is mounted on aluminum guides from the inside of the pergola structure. The Sun Screen are equipped with an electric motor, so they are controlled using a dedicated wireless remote control.

Depending on the width of the pergola, it has a different number of supports and Sun Screen. The front covers are mounted to the front of the pergola structure.

Type 2 – right side only

The Sun Screen are equipped with an electric motor, so they are controlled using a dedicated wireless remote control.

In the case of side covers, a side panel from the drainage gutter is required for their installation. That’s why we install the side Sun Screen slightly lower than the front ones.

Type 3 – left side only
