Terrace roofing

A solid aluminum construction and roof panels made of polycarbonate or glass are the features of the terrace roofings we offer. We use terrace roofing on terraces, balconies or in gardens. Due to the method of assembly, we distinguish wall and free-standing terrace roofing. Terrace roofing allows you to build both small, intimate balconies and large terraces. For example, the Modes terrace roof in the wall version reaches a maximum width of up to 12 m. Roof panels can be made of 10 mm or 16 mm thick polycarbonate and 6 mm safety glass. Each roof is made to measure, in several available colors of the structure.

“Terrace roofing structures are permanent constructions attached to the building’s wall. In our offer, there are two types of roofing – made of polycarbonate and glass. The roofing structures are made of powder-coated aluminum, providing increased resistance to moisture and UV radiation. This makes the terrace roofing products of high quality, suitable for year-round use.

In the Gumax roofing model, we offer two styles of terrace roofing structures:

– Modern
– Classic

They differ in the appearance of support profiles and gutters. Classic structures are characterized by rounded corners and gutters with a distinctive shape reminiscent of stucco. On the other hand, modern structures have supports with straight corners and a rounded gutter shape. Additionally, the structures are available in two colors: white and black. The matte finish gives the terrace roofing an extra elegant character.

In the Modes roofing model, you will find more color options for the construction, including additional colors available for an extra charge. The profiles of this roofing model are in a standard square shape.

Optionally, for terrace roofing, we recommend purchasing concrete foundations, which facilitate the installation of roofing on the terrace, balcony, or in the garden. Additionally, you can choose foundations that provide drainage from the roofing or without drainage. The concrete foundation blocks standardly align with the floor plate after installation.”

“Terrace roofing can be filled with polycarbonate. In the offered products, a 16mm multi-wall polycarbonate with a honeycomb structure is used. The sheets are available in transparent and opal colors. The IQ-Relax multi-wall polycarbonate filling is also available. This type of polycarbonate allows the least light and solar energy, providing the greatest shading effect under the structure. In Modes roofing, 10mm or 16mm multi-wall polycarbonate is used, and there is also the option of using solid polycarbonate.

Glass terrace roofing, on the other hand, has fillings made of toughened and laminated glass. You can choose between transparent or frosted glass with a milky color. Glass roofing is characterized by high light transmittance and an exceptional, elegant appearance.

Both polycarbonate and glass terrace roofing from our offer can be equipped with side and front walls. Sliding glass doors are used on the front of the terrace roofing. The sliding door system is available on rails, the number of which is adapted to the width of the entire roofing.

Side walls of the roofing can be made in two systems: sliding or fixed. Sliding side walls are made of glass and require the use of additional glass wedge filling. On the other hand, fixed side walls are made of multi-wall polycarbonate. Such walls can be made on the entire side of the structure or with the use of glass or polycarbonate filling for the roof slope.”

“Terrace roofing can be equipped with many additional options:

– Sunscreen roller, mounted on the inner side of the structure, reflects heat, providing a comfortable atmosphere under the roofing, controlled by a remote control.
– LED lighting, available in two options – spot or strip lighting.
– Concrete foundations, allowing for efficient installation of the roofing on any surface.
– Side and front walls.

The installation of terrace roofing is simple and does not require specialized knowledge and skills. Based on a clear step-by-step instruction, the entire roofing is assembled almost like children’s building blocks.

In our offer, you will also find other solutions for terrace roofing. Among products serving a similar purpose, we propose the following alternatives:

– Bioclimatic pergola,
