Exterior Venetian Blinds Cube Oval – types of handles
Venetian Blinds with a Cube or Oval cassette and its individual components can be mounted on various types of brackets. Below we present the most popular solutions for mounting guides on handles.
The strip guide is mounted using mounting brackets. We offer two types of handles to choose from. Adjustable “longitudinal” handle (52-58mm adjustable) and “straight” fixed handle (with fixed handle length – to choose from – usually we use 57mm as standard). The handles have the same function and differ only in appearance and adjustment. The number of handles is selected automatically, proportional to the height of the guides (usually 2-4 handles per guide). The handles are painted to match the color of the structure (guides). How to install the handle (adjustable guide holder)
– Insert the handle mount into the guide groove.
– Tighten the mounting set until resistance is felt using an Allen key no. 4.
– The nut should be properly tightened using a maximum of half a turn (180°).
NOTE: A larger range of rotation of the key will result in tearing out the screw in the holder!
How to install the handle (fixed guide holder)
– Insert the handle mount into the guide groove.
– Loosely screw in the self-locking nut until resistance occurs.
– The nut should be properly tightened using an open-end wrench (size 10) using a maximum of four full turns (1440°).
NOTE: A larger turning range of the wrench will result in the threaded stud being torn off!
