Wooden pergolas are assembled using the so-called lap system for connecting beams and connecting wedges using the “push-and-screw” principle. The wooden beams are planed on four sides and all edges are chamfered on four sides. Their joining takes place gradually, depending on the type of milling. The internal roof beams are connected to the external roof beams, which are connected at the corners, and the entire roof is connected to the support beams. This complex structure of a wooden pergola is the basis for a fabric roof and screen blinds.
